Located on the Milwaukee Museum Mile, Saint John’s Life Care community is adding a 22-floor tower of apartments, with entrance fees of up to $1.1 million. To sell these extremely high-end residences, we marketed first to current residents and the wait-list through events especially designed to give them Priority status. We then purchased a targeted mailing list and implemented a heavy event strategy, with signature events supported by integrated marketing tactics. Not only did Saint John’s reach 75% in pre-sales ahead of schedule, but it also achieved 98% in pre-sales before breaking ground.
