Construction of this luxury carriage home expansion outside of Philadelphia was on an extremely tight timeline. Our targeted event strategy generated leads quickly so that groundbreaking could begin before winter set in. 100% of its homes are now sold.
Edgewater
At this wellness-focused Midwestern community, sales in its new expansion stalled because there weren’t enough of the larger units that prospects preferred. After we partnered with the client to rework the floor plan mix based on market research, the 75% pre-sold target was met in four months.
The Esquiline
This faith-based community had two major goals: to obtain board approval on its new name and to generate enough commitments to proceed with its expansion. We worked with The Esquiline to create, vet and gain approval for the new name while developing, presenting and promoting sales events for the expansion. Not only was the new name embraced by the board and community, but the Priority Membership goal was achieved, resulting in board approval for the expansion.
Saint John’s On The Lake
The challenge at this urban community on Lake Michigan was selling the high price-point units in the new third tower expansion. We drove sales through a targeted priority program, backed by an event strategy focused on Saint John’s rich cultural environment. 98% pre-sales were achieved before breaking ground.
