Pretty much everything Varsity does is based on research, whether it’s primary research conducted specifically for a client or research for other pursuits.

Those “other pursuits” include sending members of the Varsity team to become full-time residents in a retirement community for an entire month (Varsity’s “Project Looking Glass”). It also includes in-depth interviews, surveys, countless focus groups, and tagging along with the mature audience for shopping trips, all in an effort to get to know not only what makes retirees tick, but what they want from companies just like yours.
